Newville Event Preparations

| Ammo for Event | Blanks can be purchased from French Company CDR Carter Bertone for pickup at the event. We recommend ordering 100 rounds. Alternatively, you can buy blanks (half loads) in advance from https://joeswansonsmotionpictureblanks.com | 1-2 months prior to April/November event date |
| Loaner Gear Requirements | Cpl. Picard (Matt Murphy) will email the unit (and post on Facebook) asking those who need to borrow loaner uniforms/equipment to specify what is needed. | ~1 month prior to April/November event date |
| Uniform/Equipment Check | Pre-Event inspection of all uniforms and equipment (e.g., rifle cleaned, boots blackened, tears repaired, etc.). | 1 week prior to April/November event date |
| Haircut | All unit members are required to keep their hair on the sides and back neatly trimmed or buzzed. For additional information on appropriate appearance and grooming see here. |

| Mail Call Assignment* | Write letter in French (including addressed envelope) to assigned unit member for mail call. *For those events where mail call is done, Cpl. Picard (Matt Murphy) will email unit members with assignment. |
