Bathelémont: American Baptism of Fire - Newville, PA (private event):
36-hour, full-immersion weekend with a primary focus on daily trench duties, work parties, and living history activities. This year's annual winter event will focus on the US 1st Infantry Division’s first taste of action while posted in the French sector near Lorraine in November 1917. US forces will be integrated in the line and participating in joint operations with their French and British allies.






3-4 March 2018

Verdun Living-History at Fort Mifflin - Philadelphia, PA (public event):
The 151e RI along with other French and German units will be interpreting the Battle of Verdun and life in the underground forts. This event holds the prize for ambience, atmosphere and comradery. Come experience the subterranean life in the dark passages of this historic fortress and get closer to what existence was like in the underground forts of Verdun.

Great War Day - Fort Mott, Pennsville, NJ (public event):
Living history event where members will display arms, equipment and uniforms, and interact with the public, discussing soldier life, weaponry and equipment, and the French army in the First World War.









19-20 May 2018

Army Heritage Days - Army Heritage Education Center (AHEC), Carlisle, PA (public event):
Living history timeline event where members will display arms, equipment and uniforms, and interact with the public, discussing soldier life, weaponry and equipment, and the French army in the First World War. This is one of the largest attended public events in the nation, offering an unbeatable opportunity to engage in discussions about the French army and the Great War.






6 and 9 June 2018

Belleau Wood Centennial Event - National Museum of the Marine Corps, Quantico, VA (public event):
Living history event to mark the centennial anniversary of the Battle of Belleau Wood. Members will display arms, equipment and uniforms, and interact with the public, with a focus on the training of American forces by select French units (including the 151 RI training the 5th Marines).







21-23 September 2018

Off to War: August 1914 - New Windsor, MD (private event)
The much-praised 1914 tactical event returns in 2018! This will be a combat tactical event, with open-air bivouacing, and foot-and-arms drill. This one is unlike any other Great War event out there.










2-4 November 2018

GWA Fall Tactical Event (non-public) - Newville, PA (private event)
48-hour, full-immersion weekend with trench duties, work parties, living history activities and combat operations.

Great War Remembrance - Sgt. Alvin C. York State Historic Park, Pall Mall, TN (public event):
Living history event where members will display arms, equipment and uniforms, and interact with the public, discussing soldier life, weaponry and equipment, and the French army in the First World War. Come visit this historic site tied to a legendary American hero of the Great War.
